An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation email or message.

5. Payment

We accept secure online payments through the payment methods available on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India.
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery within Kerala: 3–5 business days.
• Delivery outside Kerala: 7–10 business days.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with a complete unboxing video. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for following the recommended jewelry care instructions. Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or misuse is not covered.
